The package and shipment for motor kits: motor kit are in one carton and battery is in one another separate carton.(according to the items you choosed)
We can give sample cost refund when you order in batch after the sample testing.
20inch container can contain about 210-300 kits
40inch container can contain about 500-600 kits
Will be more quantity if you dont need the rims and spokes assembled.
Warranty:
Motor---3 years Battery--2 years The others--1 year
You only need to send us the video or pic to show the problem and the series number ,we will ship the new one or the repairparts together with the next shippment. Also will be post by air if need urgent!
Accordning to our experience , the defective pecentage is only about 1‰.
